Proactive solutions for the prevention of occupational risks.

CTGA Formación

The training of a company's human resources is one of the key factors for improving its performance. The increase in productivity and quality in your individual activities have a direct impact on the daily functioning of the company in its capacity for development.
A Training Plan is a document prepared by the management of the company in order to ensure the training of your staff for a specified period. The Plan forms part of the company's strategy and must include the training needs identified, the training actions to be carried out, the budget, the expected results and how the degree of achievement of these will be evaluated after its application.
In large companies, the creation of a training calendar becomes a complicated task, due to the high number of human resources and the wide range of factors that must be taken into account in planning. The difficulty persists during the coordination and control of training actions, due to the large volume of information to be handled.

Advantages

Planning: the computerized analysis of the different possibilities allows to design calendars more adapted to the work quadrants.

Availability of information: The centralized structuring and recording of data facilitates the query of the information needed for training management, almost immediately.

Tracking: The automatic calculation of the most relevant indicators allows training managers to evaluate the effectiveness of the training plan in a simple way.

Automated communications: all changes in planning are systematically notified to the affected parties. In addition, it is possible to interconnect the information system with different data sources that prevent manual digitization.

Continuity: the definition of periodic training actions to refresh your knowledge allows you to keep your staff prepared for the execution of your tasks. This advantage is especially important for groups such as security forces or emergency management.
